Youth Programs

House League Programs

Our house league program consists of players who participate in our U4 program up to our U11 program. The games are played within the City of St. Albert at age appropriate sized fields, including the size of the goals.

The St. Albert Soccer Association is dedicated to offering a wide range of programs to meet the needs of all our members. Our youth programs provide opportunities for everyone, from U4 all the way up to Adult programming, ensuring players of all ages and skill levels can enjoy the game.

We also provide Skill Development Training programs to help players advance their abilities as they grow from season to season.

The House League Schedule is carefully designed to balance skill-building and fun, with regular games and practices that cater to each age group’s needs.

1

Skill Centre Programs

This program is designed for U8-U11 athletes who have an early love for the game or show an aptitude for soccer and are seeking more contact time with the ball.

Overseen by SASA's Foundation Phase Manager, players will train twice a week. The Skill Centre groups players into divisions A, B, or C, with rosters intentionally created to allow for open movement—ensuring players are not locked into a specific team.

2

Competitive Club

SASA offers players the opportunity to train and develop in a highly competitive environment from U11 to U19, in Tier 1 and Tier 2 (Tier 3 available upon registrants). Our teams compete in external leagues that best fit their competitive development.

Players are selected through the player placement process, taking into consideration the player's developmental stage. Once placed on a team, players will be provided with the appropriate training environment to help them elevate their game, both individually and as a team.

3
