These activities can be done just about anywhere—your basement, living room, garage, backyard, deck, or even the sidewalk.
All you need is a little room to move! Every activity can be adapted to fit inside a 1-yard by 1-yard space, so you can keep the fun going no matter where you are.
Level 2
Time to Step It Up!
Push your skills to the next level! Perform each skill for 60 seconds and aim to complete it 2-3 times. Track how many reps you can do within the time limit and challenge yourself to improve.
